Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AI Beats ("we," "our," or "us") and you, the subscriber ("Subscriber," "you," or "your"). By purchasing or using our subscription services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans & Fees

• Monthly Subscription: $29 per month.
• Yearly Subscription: $349 per year.
• All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• If a payment is not successfully settled, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price, unless otherwise notified in advance.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. License & Use

• During the subscription term, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or share your subscription without prior written consent from us.

6. Changes to Subscription & Pricing

• We may modify subscription plans or pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

7. Termination

• We may terminate your subscription or access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the service.
• Upon termination, your license to use the service immediately ceases.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
