Welcome to AI Beats (“App”, “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using AI Beats, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

1. License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Beats solely for lawful personal or commercial music creation purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the App without written permission.

2. User Content & AI-Generated Content

• User Content: You retain ownership of any lyrics, melodies, or materials you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• AI-Generated Content: Music, Beats, and accompaniments generated by AI Beats are licensed to you.
  • Exclusive License: Unless otherwise stated, outputs are provided on an exclusive basis after paid.
  • Commercial Use: You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., distribution, monetization), subject to applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
  • Ownership Disclaimer: While you have broad rights to use outputs, AI Beats does not guarantee exclusivity or originality beyond technical safeguards.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• AI Beats may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans.
• Payment is processed via the Apple App Store or other authorized platforms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

• The App, algorithms, trademarks, and underlying technology remain the sole property of AI Beats.
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the Service without authorization.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use AI Beats for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purposes.
• Upload or generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may stop using AI Beats at any time by deleting the App.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• AI Beats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that outputs will be free from copyright claims or third-party restrictions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
